Shipping
Unless specifically ordered in advance of a Regional Town Hall meeting or Convention, your order will be shipped FOB Oakville, Ontario via CanPar’s Standard Ground Service to the address provided in your order. Delivery is typically within 14 days of order placement, subject to stock availability. You will be notified by email if there is a delay in shipping your order.
If you require a RUSH delivery or have a special request, please contact us at 905-842-2910 or via email: tuckshop@pizazzpromo.com PRIOR to placing your order to confirm if your needs can be met.
Returns
All items are carefully selected to be high quality and good value. Please read the descriptions carefully and check the size specifications provided. Returns will be authorized only under the following conditions:
a) Damage in Shipment
If the item arrives in damaged condition, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 905-842-2910 and keep all packaging materials. If you can take a digital photo and email it to us at: tuckshop@pizazzpromo.com, that will expedite the resolution of your situation. Upon approval, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
b) Wrong Size
If the garment(s) you ordered does not fit, but is otherwise in like-new condition (ie. unworn except for the initial try-on) we will allow you to return it. Once we authorize the return, you are responsible for returning the ‘wrong size’ item(s) to us at: Unit 9 -250 Wyecroft Rd., Oakville ON L6K 3T7. We will exchange the article for another size or apply your balance to another item you wish to purchase (within 30 days). No refunds will be issued. You are responsible for new shipping charges to obtain to the exchanged/new item(s).
